Main Types of Concrete Batching Plants:

A) Mobile Batching Plants: Wheel mounted chassis framed structured Concrete plants are categorized as Movable or Mobile Concrete Plants. These Concrete Plants can be shifted or transported with Tractors from one construction site to another. These plants require less civil foundation works for erection & operations. Such concrete plants are often used at smaller construction site having small qauntity of concrete.

B) Stationary Batching Plants: Fixed or Stationary Concrete Plants are installed with heavy civil foundations & are used for longer time at one site for Concrete production. Stationary Concrete plants are robust & firm in design. Having large storage capacity, Stationary batching plants had the widest range of capacity range starting from 20M³/hr to  120 M³/hr.
